Does Alice have some type of dissociative disorder? Different levels/personalities depending on how drunk she is or rapidly cycling mood dysregulation because she changes her stance and who she decides to clap back at so fast it's like getting whiplash. And WHAT is she talking about with saying there's rampant crime in open daylight and rapes happening while people just walk on by especially in the UES? McBrows is a dick. A total assswipe who has done more than her fair share of being horrendous to anyone who disagrees with her in any thread so if she's making any kind of 'sense' she must have been hit on the head.

Remember her rage at Cuomo (that SHE started a thread for so she could bitch about him locking down NYC and how he was basically a communist)?!? Funny how that thread hasn’t moved in months.

Well, you can't earn meaningful ad revenue off the same six insane people. Plus, the same "language" things she censors (like "b i t c h" to "borch" or whatever dumb replacement she uses) is because of advertisers.

I work with advertisers in my job and anything that isn't family friendly, legit advertisers won't touch with a ten foot pole. Since the insurrection, they're starting to look into and add hate speech and misinformation to the mix of things they won't bid for. The only reason Alice changes her tune is to benefit Alice, so that's the likely scenario here.

They’re complaining about the additional $300 unemployment and how they can’t get any hired help at their favorite restaurants/ clubs. The majority of the work force that have not returned and are still receiving unemployment benefits are women with children that are not in school full time. And I don’t blame these women for not returning to job where they only make a few dollars above min wage.

‘Our country club’s service has gone significantly downhill. Mother’s Day brunch was a ****show – at one point my husband actually bused our own plates onto a serving tray in the corner because they’d been sitting on our table for 20 minutes. Many members are talking about how unhappy we are with the lack of service lately and I guarantee it’s because there is a shortage on decent hospitality workers. It’s not a cost of living issue either – our servers make above minimum wage and are not working for/allowed to accept tips (we are billed a monthly tipping fee).
I’d love love love to see my state cut off federal unemployment payouts to get peoples asses back to work, but with our ****ty Democrat governor, that’ll never happen’

The poster(s) had zero self awareness that people have lives besides serving these ‘Karens’ their favorite coffee or hamburger. Honestly, if you’ve ever worked in the restaurant business, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day are the worst service days. If I remember correctly, Mother’s Day always is a **** show at every restaurant and service always suck because at one point in the day, the kitchen will get so backed up and then it just goes downhill from there. If you want to have a nice Mother’s Day experience, either go out the Saturday before or the weekend before or after Mother’s Day. But that’s besides the point, why would anyone want to return to job where they’re forced to wait on people like this that view them as second class citizens. These women would never last a week in fast food or a restaurant. I’ve worked in restaurants, I know that it’s been one of hardest jobs I’ve had. I honestly don’t know how people that work 40 hours a week in a busy fast food place do it. It sounds twice as hard as waiting tables. Also, I’ll say that everyone that I worked in at the restaurant I worked at either returned to the restaurant in July when it opened, or had already gotten a new job elsewhere. No one I know is sitting around, living off of unemployment.

On the flipside of this job thing, my husband got let go from his job a few weeks ago and the thought of having to collect is killing him. He had an interview today and he was offered $10/hr for a month while they trained him (the job is very technical and he has over 15 years experience) and after the training it will go up slightly but there is no insurance. He was floored and didn't even know what to say back. We are in our 40's, we have a house and a kid and all the things that go with it. That is unsustainable for us (and would be for most, frankly).

He can get a job making sandwiches at Sheetz for $15/hour or slinging packages at Fedex for $22/hour, but a "real" job that requires skill and experience is $10? Why is the world so crazy right now?

So let me get this straight....$10 an hour is unsustainable for you and your family but you expect it to be enough for the service staff at a club or restaurant? You realize those people might also need more than Min wage....

And you can FLUCK high toff with this "real job" BS.
Preparing food to feed people in a safe manner that does not result in food-borne illness is a flicking skill. so is assembling your sandwich so it meets your needs. You order sh!t from amazon on the time, but you don't think that logistics in finding the best route or package delivery so your items arrive safely and not broken.....nope no skill required.

Actually, ALICE is full of ****. I know a couple who went through IVF, and the doctor advised them to implant multiple embryos because you're lucky if even one will be viable. I mean, come on, that's even a thing I know from TV shows and movies (HELLO, PHEOBE FROM FRIENDS). The couple ended up with twins and were actually shocked considering the expectations the doctor set. Is Taza super fortunate that they can afford IVF and multiple embryos in the first place? Absolutely. Did she technically buy her babies? Sure, but so do a lot of couples because that's their only chance of having a baby. But there's just science/odds behind requesting multiple embryos; you're not guaranteed twins or even ONE baby so it actually is kind of a miracle to get yourself twins. FFS, these a-holes just berate people for ****, and they don't even know what they're talking about.

Well she's already deleted at least one reply that essentially said "i think we all know that masks were not recommended last february" and then went on to say something about how i guess it's easier to blame the dems.

AA lives in the neighborhood next to mine in Seattle and there’s still a mask mandate in place for our county. Most businesses are still requiring people to wear them until out governor makes an announcement sometime this month. We still need about 500,000 more people to get vaccinated before it’s going to be considered. She’s literally one of the people that are making this mask mandate go LONGER because she refuses to get the jab. Jesus, why can’t she see that.
